I help older adults distinguish between 'senior moments' and the lifelong patterns of ADHD, Autism and AuDHD. If retirement has removed the structure you once relied on, making it harder to stay organized or present in conversations, we can work together to find clarity. It is never too late to understand your brain and reclaim your focus.
I help older adults in relationships move from conflict to connection. Relationships change over time, and I specialize in helping you navigate those shifts, whether you are dealing with the unique dynamics of a neurodivergent partnership or the transitions of later life. I am LGBTQ+ Affirming.

Artistic expression can be beneficial to mental health. A variety of mental health issues are addressed through drawing, painting, sand tray and various craft techniques. Art and expressive arts therapy offer an alternate or added strategy to traditional talk therapy.
Art and expressive arts therapy can help clients to communicate in a way that is not threatening and is not overwhelming. The focus is not on the product, but the process. A psychotherapist can ask the client to focus on a particular subject by working with symbolism and meaning or create in a free and playful way.
Studies have shown that art has a positive mental healing effect. Art and expressive arts therapy can make people feel more connected to themselves, have deeper insights, and heal on a subconscious level.
